Fire Restoration Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Fire Restoration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production processes of individual restoration projects, ensuring the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned service vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of IICRC standards and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inspect and scope residential and commercial fire losses.
- Ensure full scope of work is performed and completed to company and IICRC standards.
- Communicate with customer and client in an informative and professional manner.
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate daily with management to maintain efficient production processes.
- Train and develop technicians to further strengthen team and company culture.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
- Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Requirements:
- Current IICRC FSRT certification.
- Ability to lead and work alongside technicians.
- 3-5 years' experience in cleaning and fire restoration.
Work Environment:
The Fire Restoration Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee will be required to wear a respirator when applicable for their safety. Normal working hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours, including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected for storm events.
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
