Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sandis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing project team activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in land development or civil engineering
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
