Job Summary:The Advanced Practice RN II is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Provide medical treatment and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct rounds and review patient status
- Order and interpret laboratory tests
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or other state that recognizes reciprocity
- Certification as an APRN by the Texas Board of Nursing
- Experience in supervising or leading the work of others
