Year-Round Room Attendant

We are a reputable establishment seeking a dedicated and organized Room Attendant to enhance our guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a pristine environment for our visitors. Daily tasks will include making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and performing various general cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address general inquiries from guests with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms, and report any lost items or damages requiring attention.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, polishing furniture, stocking toiletries, and handling laundry as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness in common areas including the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms.
  • Prepare guest rooms to meet our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrivals.
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a housekeeping role or similar position.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of cleaning methods and products.
