Job Description

We are a reputable family-owned business operating across the State of Florida, seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at ELDANTE HVAC SERVICES LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC industry, with experience in installing, servicing, and repairing various types of heating and cooling systems. They will be responsible for:

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including split systems, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and other equipment.
  • Diagnosing and performing equipment repairs and part replacements, ensuring all work is done efficiently and effectively.
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems are running at optimal levels.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Installing flex duct systems and ventilation products in residential and light commercial buildings.
  • Installing copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
  • Fabricating ductwork and fittings as needed.
  • Duct cleaning and sanitizing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Attic insulation to improve energy efficiency.
  • Performing new AC installations independently, if required.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or related fields (3-5 years).
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and electrical systems.
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and a valid driver's license.
  • Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
  • EPA universal certification and a strong commitment to safety.
