Job Overview:

The Overnight Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in designated areas of the facility. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic environment to prevent healthcare-associated infections. Duties include:

  • Performing thorough cleaning of patient and non-patient areas, including offices, common spaces, waiting areas, entrances, patient rooms, and restrooms.
  • Utilizing standard cleaning protocols and chemicals in accordance with a systematic cleaning process.
  • Demonstrating respect and professionalism towards patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Completion of all necessary healthcare screenings and immunizations.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
