Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of the engagement team, providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients:
- Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations, ranging from middle-market to multinational entities.
- Engage in tax research projects on diverse tax issues, assist in drafting IRS responses, and address inquiries from tax authorities.
- Collaborate with leaders on special projects in various areas of corporate and flow-through taxation, including accounting methods and ASC740.
- Formulate recommendations for clients and collaborate with leadership to discuss and strategize.
- Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters in state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, as well as credits and incentives.
- Gain insights and grow through direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring, along with participation in firm-wide learning and development initiatives.
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and establish strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.
- Participate in social activities and team outings that promote a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a related business field, with sufficient coursework to qualify for the CPA and/or Bar exam.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Relevant internship experience is highly desirable.
- Involvement in professional organizations and/or extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Compensation Information:
For specific states, the compensation range for this role is $62,730 to $110,760. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
