  • Inventory Management: Stock, price, rotate, and place product on produce displays according to company standards, ensuring that products are always fresh and of high quality.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the backroom, cooler, and sales area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate customer requests and temperature breakdowns to management, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly, with the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
