Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of patient care services, including patient assignments, care coordination, and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and performance improvement programs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience required.
  • OASIS experience required.
  • Two (2) years of management experience required.
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations, as well as a valid driver's license and current car insurance.
