Spectrum Plastics Master is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the medical tubing extrusion process. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the extrusion process to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO standards.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the medical tubing industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
