Position Overview

Salary: $22+/hour DOE

Ellingson Companies is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer for our National Crew, specializing in agricultural drainage solutions. We pride ourselves on being a stable, family-oriented organization focused on underground infrastructure across the United States.

Location: This role is based out of our facility in HARWOOD, ND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate power tools to establish underground connections.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
  • Adhere to instructions while supporting fellow crew members in various tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel nationally with extended assignments (e.g., 2-4 weeks)
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.)
  • Availability for long hours and overtime as needed
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to engage in hands-on labor
