We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team at Peninsula Community Health Services. As a Family Practice Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
- Active MD or DO license in Washington State.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Experience working in a primary care setting, preferably in a community health center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
