  • Cash Wrap: Greet customers with a smile, offer assistance, and maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.
  • Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, notify management of new product arrivals, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Sales Floor: Analyze sales floor needs, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Competencies:
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.
  • Drive for Results: Consistently exceeds goals and pushes self and others for results.
  • Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people, builds rapport, and maintains effective relationships.
  • Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems and adapts to change.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
