Dishware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

About the Role:

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors to be washed in a dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using various methods depending on the equipment and procedures used.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
