The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will specialize in improving residents' daily living skills and independence in our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' functional abilities, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
  • Individualized Care Plans: Develop tailored intervention plans to improve residents' independence in daily activities.
  • Data Collection: Ensure accurate and consistent collection of Section GG data for Annual, Quarterly, Falls, and Significant Change assessments.
  • Treatment: Administer OT interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment provision, and environmental modifications.
  • Education: Educate residents, family members, and care staff on safe mobility techniques and exercises for continued progress.
