Lead Store Operations as a Shift Supervisor

You'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment, motivating your team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Motivate and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
