We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider to join our vascular surgery team. This role will be ambulatory based, caring for patients both on initial vascular surgery referral as well as postoperatively.
About the RoleThis position will involve working alongside several other advanced practice providers and collaboratively with an exceptional team of vascular surgeons. The ideal candidate will have excellent work life balance, a diversity of cases between Vein and Vascular patients, and the opportunity to coordinate care, follow up visits, and patient monitoring.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting
- Collaborate with vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Coordinate care, follow up visits, and patient monitoring
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Required qualifications include a Master's Degree in a relevant field, current, relevant clinical experience, and previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Additionally, licensure and certification requirements must be met.
