Inpatient Neurohospitalist Opportunity with Competitive Salary
5 days ago
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Neurology Physician to join our team as a Locum Neurohospitalist. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a skilled medical team.
About the Role
This position involves inpatient consulting work, focusing on neuro-hospitalist cases without primary admitting responsibilities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with neurocritical care specialists in the ICU. The shift schedule is typically 7:30am-5pm, with some flexibility for paperwork and administrative tasks at the beginning and end of the day.
Call Coverage and Scheduling
As a key member of our team, you may be required to participate in call coverage, including one weekend every 8 weeks (Friday night-Monday morning). While this is a possibility, we prioritize finding someone to cover the regular inpatient week shifts. We value your expertise and want to ensure a seamless transition.
Licensure and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an OR license. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary Range: $350,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
