We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing transport orders and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate transportation routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery dates and details.
- Monitor transportation processes and respond to any issues or problems that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards in the transport industry.
- Document and track all dispatch processes and activities.
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in dispatching or a similar field is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
