The RN Case Manager is responsible for delivering direct patient care while effectively managing patient needs through specialized knowledge and experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

- Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance are mandatory.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
