Job Summary

As a General Cleaner at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitized according to procedures. This includes removing waste and rubbish from the premises to designated areas, vacuuming all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors, and sanitizing and polishing all glass furniture tops. Additionally, you will clean and sanitize common surfaces, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitized according to procedures
  • Remove waste and rubbish from the premises to designated areas
  • Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors
  • Sanitize and polish all glass furniture tops
  • Clean and sanitize common surfaces
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
