Position Title: Utility Cleaner - Tatitlek Technologies, Inc.

Job Overview:

The Utility Cleaner is responsible for executing daily sanitation tasks in alignment with established Housekeeping protocols while achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess, at a minimum, a Public Trust clearance and successfully complete a background and security investigation, including a criminal records check, in compliance with Federal regulations.

Applicants should have at least two (2) years of recent experience in janitorial services within a facility of no less than 74,000 square feet of occupied space.

Physical Requirements:

The role necessitates the ability to perform tasks from heights, including ladders and scaffolding. The position involves working in confined spaces and may require bending, kneeling, and climbing.

Incumbents frequently lift and transport equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of items exceeding 50 pounds. The work environment may be dirty, dusty, and greasy, with exposure to various conditions.

Additional Requirements:

As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and provide acceptable references. In accordance with Executive Order 14042, proof of COVID-19 vaccination status may be required.
