Responsibilities
  • Perform aesthetic treatments, consults, and services, including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, facials, peels, microneedling, light therapy, IPL, radiofrequency, laser hair removal, and CoolSculpting.
  • Inform and educate patients about treatment offerings and medical-grade skincare.
  • Conduct consultations to determine best treatments and create customized plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of cosmetic procedures.
  • Participate in events and collaborate with vendors and partners.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials.
  • Actively promote spa services, products, and programs.
  • Prepare rooms and maintain equipment.
  • Assist in spa operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience specializing in aesthetic medicine.

  • Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency to provide excellent patient care.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality care.
  • Operating lasers, performing skin treatments, and administering injectables and fillers.
  • Sales and Marketing skills, meeting with local businesses to promote services.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetic medicine.
