The Exercise Specialist plays a vital role in our Preventive Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs, overseeing the progress of adult and geriatric participants through all phases of the program.

• Supervise and teach participants in a group setting, ensuring a safe and effective exercise experience.
• Monitor participants' progress, making adjustments to their exercise plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized exercise programs.
• Provide education and support to participants on healthy lifestyle habits and disease management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in cardiac rehabilitation.

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred, or RN with BLS and ACLS certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Cardiac Rehab experience preferred.
• AACVPR certification encouraged within the first year.
