Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Welcome and interact with guests, taking orders and offering recommendations while providing attentive and friendly service.
  • Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal functionality.
  • Oversee inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other ingredients to maintain a fully stocked beverage station.
  • Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Keep the coffee bar area clean and organized, performing regular cleaning of surfaces, machines, and utensils.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a barista is preferred, but we are open to training enthusiastic candidates.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and tea, coupled with a commitment to providing high-quality beverages.
  • Strong customer service abilities, with a knack for engaging guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
