Compensation Package
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $255,573 to $372,297, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. This range reflects total cash compensation at target, and actual pay may vary based on experience and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Possession of a clean and unrestricted license to practice in Delaware.
- Strong communication skills, excellent patient relations, effective time management, and a focus on safety are essential.
