Physician - Occupational Medicine Specialist

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team in San Bernardino. As a Staff Physician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our occupational health program.

Responsibilities- Perform medical assessments of patients and establish medically appropriate levels of care
- Work with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
- Participate in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice and quality of care
- Provide medical coverage for Centers owned, operated, or managed by Concentra
- Assist in scheduling and providing medical coverage for Centers
- Participate in quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
- Represent Concentra at internal and external meetings and provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and peers
- Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university
- Board certification by ABPM, ABFM, or other medical board in the state where employed
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
- Preferred two years' directly applicable experience in occupational medicine and clinical leadership
