About the Role

The Guest Services Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our marina guests, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. This includes scheduling tours, preparing leasing agreements, and maintaining accurate records.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has strong organizational skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to marina guests, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing in-person inquiries
  • Schedule tours of the marina and prepare leasing agreements for new customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence
  • Assist with daily operations, including refill coffee station, add inquiries to TMP, and send applications to prospecting customers via email
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating member files, preparing deposits & daily sales reports, and printing important emails as PDFs
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Basic water safety skills and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
