Average Salary: $1800-$2200 gross/week for Over the Road Company Drivers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class-A CDL OTR Company Driver to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class-A CDL tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Transport goods across the country, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A With Tankers and Hazmat Endorsements
  • Must-Have a TWIC card
  • 1 year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years or 1 year of Tanker experience in the past 10 years
  • Tanker experience preferred

Benefits:

  • .70 CPM all miles loaded & empty
  • Performance and safety Bonus
  • Driver referral bonus of $5000 per driver if the driver onboards at T108
  • Driver referral bonus of $3000 per driver if the driver onboards at another terminal

Equipment and Safety:

  • New truck speeds - 65 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise
  • 24/7 Availability to dispatch
  • On-site shop
  • Parking for personal vehicles

Onboarding and Joining Team QC:

  • Orientation every Monday
  • Fast interview and onboarding process
  • Tanker training
  • Paid orientation and On the job training
  • Travel accommodations to school and orientation covered

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A With Tanker & Hazmat endorsement
  • Currently have or willing to obtain a TWIC within 60 days after hire
  • 1 Year Tractor Trailer Experience within the Last 3 Years or 1 Year Tanker Experience in the Last 10 Years.
