Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and oversee vehicle diagnostics and calibrations.
- Perform programming and scanning tasks.
- Execute wire and connector repairs.
- Mentor team members by sharing diagnostic insights and enhancing their skills.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assess service demands.
- Collaborate with market management in regular meetings to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Safeguard and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
- Undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
- Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of ADAS systems and electrical diagnostics, including calibrations and repairs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive learner, eager to acquire new skills for career advancement.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods in an automotive workshop.
- Energetic and motivated, with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and power probes.
- Competence in interpreting factory and non-factory service information.
- Experience in performing vehicle health analysis using various tools.
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics.
- Skilled in programming vehicles with both factory and aftermarket software.
- Experience in executing all levels of calibrations (Static and Dynamic).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve customer vehicle issues effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
