  • Operational Excellence:
    • Understand and adhere to all loss prevention and inventory management policies to minimize losses and ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Assist with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks, including receiving and processing shipments, maintaining store displays, and performing opening and closing procedures.
  • Product and Presentation:
    • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor, including merchandising and displaying products in accordance with company standards.
    • Ensure that all products are accurately priced and stocked, and that the sales floor is clean and free of clutter.
  • Professional Dimension:
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and supervisors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
