Job Title: Adversary Surface-to-Surface Missile Analyst

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Adversary Surface-to-Surface Missile Analyst to support the U.S. Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Technical Support program at Shaw AFB, SC.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert analytic support through the authoring and critical review of adversary airpower related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to 9 AF (USAFCENT) plans and/or operations, or USAF and ally aircrew training.
  • Provide critical oversight of training on predictive and forensic analysis of S2S/WMD programs throughout the Middle East.
  • Expertise shall center on Theater Ballistic Missile (TBM), Cruise Missiles, Long Range Rockets (LRRs), Space Launch and WMD programs; sub-categories include operational command and control; battle management; S2S and WMD system and subsystem capabilities, inventory, and disposition; tactics, techniques, and procedures; denial and deception.
  • Provide expert analytic support to 9AF (AFCENT) planning by authoring and reviewing prioritized intelligence, collection, and production requirements, intelligence estimates, and annexes and appendices.
  • Member will serve as the adversary Airpower authority on 9AF (AFCENT)s Red Team, during war-gaming and exercises, and in support of 9AF (AFCENT)s adaptive planning processes.
  • As directed, leverage all formal and informal analytic exchanges, as well as training opportunities, to foster peer-to-peer collaboration, ensure thorough vetting of products, and deliberately pursue/maintain acuity on essential elements of tradecraft.
  • Maintain coordination/collaboration, critical to mission success, with the National Command Authority; National, International, and Service Intelligence Centers; Combatant Commands, Air Components, and Wing Intelligence.
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support.
  • One, some, or all of the following may be required, and this list should not be considered definitive: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), JSTO, Limited Distribution Geospatial Intelligence reporting, Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence reporting.
  • The following is required: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and access to Special Access Programs (SAP) information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.
  • Bachelors degree or six (6) years USAF experience.
  • Four (4) years comparable experience.
  • Formal Intelligence Analysis training.
  • Experience briefing/analyzing adversary surface-to-surface missile systems.
  • Experience briefing/analyzing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Working knowledge of USCENTCOM AOR, political/military threats, understanding of violent extremist organizations, terrorist organizations; working knowledge of intelligence analysis and TTPs.
  • Advanced Analytic training.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Unit level experience working with aircrew.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Job may require the employee to be able to travel to CJOA and/or within CONUS to provide/receive training.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
