We are seeking a skilled Weekend Nurse Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care to residents in our facility during weekends. This role involves assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, CPR certification, and a commitment to ongoing education in clinical practices and management. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics are also desirable.
Responsibilities:- Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, focused on resident-centered outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel.
