  • Feasibility Assessments: Employ your analytical skills to evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new methods, processes, and equipment, guiding strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize your experience to scrutinize production metrics and data, identifying bottlenecks and deploying strategies to optimize throughput and minimize cycle times.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure adherence to quality standards by developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and standard operating protocols.
  • Technical Support: Provide leadership and expertise to resolve complex production challenges, minimizing downtime and promoting operational excellence.
  • Lean Methodologies: Champion lean principles and methodologies at Simmons, driving cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
