Job Title: Warehouse Decanter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Decanter to join our team at S&S Activewear LLC. As a Warehouse Decanter, you will be responsible for unloading new products from the receiving team and storing them in the correct bins located on the conveyor system. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Unload new products from the receiving team and store them in the correct bins.
• Inspect products for defects or damages.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe warehouse work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Working Environment:

The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
