Key Responsibilities:- Welcome patrons and take drink orders directly from them.
- Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with alcohol purchase regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and other bar drinks as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
- Uphold a sanitary environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Restock and manage bar inventory and supplies effectively.
- Adhere to all food and beverage safety standards.
- Handle guest transactions accurately, including processing bills and managing cash register operations.
- Implement rules and guidelines to minimize risks and liabilities.
- Develop a productive work pace to ensure guest satisfaction in both the bar and dining areas.
- Organize bottles and clean glassware as required.
- Understand local laws regarding identification and drinking age to prevent issues.
- Monitor guest consumption to prevent overindulgence and ensure responsible service.
