Emergency Room Nurse Position in Auburn, Washington

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team in Auburn, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with various types of illnesses or trauma, recognizing and effectively treating life-threatening conditions.
- Triage and Prioritization: Properly understand triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical need, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
- Education and Licensure: Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
- Competitive Salary: $60 per hour (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week), paid weekly via direct deposit.
