Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Lead Clinician. As a key member of our pediatric center of excellence, you will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in providing pediatric physical therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Active or eligible to obtain a state license to practice physical therapy
  • Leadership experience and/or strong clinical skills preferred
