Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, negotiate, and draft contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.
2. Offer legal counsel on real estate issues such as acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence and provide strategic insights.
4. Prepare and scrutinize documentation for real estate transactions.
5. Represent the organization in legal matters as necessary.
6. Keep abreast of changes in real estate legislation and regulations.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction processes.
8. Mentor junior attorneys on real estate legal practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law.
3. Valid bar license.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent organizational abilities.
7. High standards of professionalism and ethics.
8. Proficient in legal research and documentation.
9. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
