Pediatric Urgent Care Opportunity
Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced urgent care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Assess and manage pediatric medical services, including evaluating and treating infant, child, and adolescent patients, following established standards and practices.
- Conduct Comprehensive Exams: Perform physical examinations using appropriate medical equipment, instruments, and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, and educate patients and their parents regarding diagnosis, medications, and treatments.
- Order and Perform Tests: Order or perform various tests and analyses to provide information on the patient's condition and diagnose the patient's condition based on exams, tests, and reports.
- Prescribe and Administer Medications: Prescribe and/or administer medications and treatments as appropriate to the patient's assessed medical conditions, vaccinate patients to immunize against communicable diseases, and refer patients to community resources or medical specialists as necessary.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their parents regarding overall health and illness prevention, and provide counseling and support as needed.
