About the Job

Prestige Development Group is a forward-thinking software development company seeking a talented IT Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening top talent for technical positions, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging your knowledge of IT/technology roles and recruitment processes.
  • Review job descriptions and create engaging advertisements that showcase Prestige Development Group's unique culture and benefits, ensuring accurate representation of the company and its values.
  • Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media networks, and internal databases, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion throughout the process.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest, providing actionable feedback to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow management.
  • Support scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
  • Draft and share candidate summaries for internal team reviews, highlighting key strengths and areas for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience preferred).
  • Interest in learning about IT/technology roles and the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
