Eastridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities on the evening shift. This role requires a team-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with evening admissions and re-admissions to the facility.
- Review physician orders and assist nurses with incidents, emergencies, and other tasks as needed.
- Chart and document resident care, including medication administration and meal service.
- Supervise the meal service and ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident observations and incidents.
- Assist with laboratory test ordering and reviewing results, and notify physicians of abnormal findings.
- Provide support to assigned staff and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
