Project Manager - Solid Waste Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Solid Waste Engineering team in Knoxville, TN. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating landfill engineering projects, including design, permitting, and construction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate landfill engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in landfill engineering projects
  • Ability to coordinate regulatory agency review process
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects
