Job Summary

The Laboratory Technician - Chemistry Specialist will conduct routine analytical work on client-specific projects and collaborate with other analysts to complete tasks. The successful candidate will participate in equipment maintenance and calibration efforts, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine analytical work on client-specific projects
  • Collaborate with other analysts to complete tasks and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration efforts to ensure optimal performance
  • Support technical staff in ensuring client requests are met within established parameters
  • Participate in departmental and company-wide projects to improve client services
  • Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Supervisor or Manager as needed
  • Maintain and archive historical data, adhering to relevant SGS SOPs
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of GMP/GLP and ISO requirements
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
