HSE Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Director to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

• Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay informed on HSE trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE and operations, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HSE strategies and programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
