Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of Android engineers in creating impactful consumer-facing features that enhance the Tinder experience.
- Establish and manage platform goals and key performance indicators, crafting a strategic vision for your team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the strategic plan, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate technical and design discussions across the organization to define project requirements.
- Set the technical direction for the team and lead them towards achieving it.
- Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing native Android applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within mobile engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, with a solid understanding of advanced programming concepts.
- Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, MVI, and RIBs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams to successfully build and launch large-scale mobile applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- A talent for inspiring and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
