At Engelberth Construction, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Industrial Craftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our Industrial Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of skilled trades tasks, including carpentry, welding, rigging, and plumbing, to ensure project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related trade, such as carpentry, welding, or plumbing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
