Primary Responsibilities
Oversee staffing requirements and provide guidance to nursing personnel delivering direct resident care to ensure high-quality service on the designated unit.Facilitate staff development initiatives.Deliver direct resident care in alignment with established care plans.Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.Conduct and document comprehensive assessments of each resident's medical condition upon admission and throughout their treatment journey.Assist in creating and executing individualized treatment plans for each resident under your care.Support the recruitment and onboarding of nursing staff.Monitor adherence to resident record documentation standards as required.Coordinate staffing schedules to guarantee adequate coverage.Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and collaborate with families and staff to address any grievances.Complete Preceptor Training as necessary.Deliver innovative and responsible healthcare by developing and implementing new ideas and processes that enhance systems and outcomes, while also fostering a successful management team.Essential Qualifications
Must hold a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience is preferred, particularly in settings serving similar resident populations. At least one (1) year of experience in nursing administration is required.We seek qualified, compassionate individuals who are committed to excellence in their work.
