Job Overview:

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the integration of navigation systems within the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of both hardware and software components involved in airborne systems.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the integration and certification processes for aviation navigation systems and components, including Embedded GPS/INS (EGI), Radar Altimeter (Radalt), TACAN, VOR, and ILS/GS.

- Apply knowledge of industry standards such as SAE ARP4754/4761, DO-160, DO-201, DO-229, DO-236, AC, and 14 CFR Part 27 and 29.

- Engage in aerospace engineering practices encompassing requirements definition, allocation, validation, verification, integration, embedded software, electronic systems, and compliance with FAA/EASA/NAA certification protocols.

- Cultivate effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity in briefings and updates.



Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related fields with relevant experience are also acceptable.
- Advanced degrees will be considered as additional qualifications.
