Job Details

Royal Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Foreman Electrician to lead our commercial and residential electrical projects in the Greater Sacramento area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, construction, and service, with experience in managing projects, teams, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish
  • Lead and supervise electrical teams to ensure high-quality work and timely completion
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Active Journeyman Certification in the State of California
  • Electrical skills, including plan reading, layout, conduit bending, and wire pulling
  • Experience as a Foreman or lead capacity overseeing and directing crews
  • Proficiency with hand power tools and reliable transportation
